Terms of serviceBy placing an order with Beep’s Creatures you confirm that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Even if you haven't read it/skimmed it, ignorance is not an excuse. Please carefully review the full terms before finalizing your order. If you have read the TOS please message me with the codeword that will be found below. Any questions please do ask!AllergiesI own a dog. If you are allergic please tell me.Working timeI am not a full time artist. While I will endeavour to give you a reasonable timeframe for the work required, I do not work to strict deadlines. you will be communicated with throughout.WearabilityFor all costumes please note that fursuits can be hot, bulky, claustrophobic and have reduced visibility. Buyers are responsible for their own safety while in costume.Age limit18+ only, I will not work with minors. You must be able to prove your age before work starts. Those not verified in person will need to provide a photo of you holding your ID. Photo, name and DOB need to be visible, other details can be blurred.Artistic representationEverything is handmade and subject to artistic representation, sometimes materials may not match the references 100% or match previous work as I am constantly improving.Along with the above note, sometimes different screens will display colors differently, what is seen on screen may not reflect the real-life products.AlterationsI will try to accommodate the request but reserve the right to refuse the change/s. Changes may affect the projects completion price and/or completion/shipment date.PaymentI request a 30% deposit to be paid before work starts. The remainder will be required before shipment of completed projects.Shipping is not included in the quote price.Cancellations / RefundsIf I have to cancel I will refund payment. If you have to cancel / the order is in breach of contract I reserve the right to determine how much of the payment gets refunded based on the amount of work completed. A cancelled order does not entitle the buyer to any parts or materials from the project.Examples of termination: Ghosting, tantrums, excessive demands, abusive language, failure to pay, constant changes during commission process, intimidation or inaproprate actions/words.OwnershipThe buyer must own the rights to any references or characters if the project is based around an OC, if you are found to not be the rightful owner of the referenced character I reserve the right to cancel / refuse the order.WarrantyAll projects come with a 3 month warranty and will repair any manufacturing defects that may be present. It is your responsibility to treat your completed commission with care and safe and appropriate usage. Codeword is Lemon. Any excessive damage, staining, improper use or modifications by third parties will invalidate the warranty. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.After the 3 month warranty period I will charge an estimate hourly rate of how long the work will take. Costumes must be cleaned before returning for repairs, any dirty items will incur a £50 cleaning fee.ShippingYou are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Completed work will be sent tracked and a quote for the shipping will be provided in the final invoice.The product will be shipped out only when fully paid for.I am not a courier service, once it has left my hands any delays with the delivery is to be addressed to the delivery company.In person pickup from LFM (London Fur meets) only.*Overseas clients - Please be aware of customs/import taxes, it is your responsibility to pay for them, expect at least 20% on top of the declared valueCommission + Shipping + taxes = totalI have no influence on the customs tax, that is your countries importing governmental departments.I reserve the right to refuse projects if they contribute to hate or discrimination against others.AI art and NFTs.I do not give permission for my art to be used in AI data sets or to be used in AI filter programs. I do not give permission for my art to be used for NFT purposes.GDPRAny details you give me will be held for as long as needed, the length of the commission, and used for the sole purpose of invoicing and delivery of goods.Please credit me when posting commissioned artwork on social media, do not take credit for work you haven't created yourself. You are not permitted to remove/crop any watermarks. I also reserve the right to post WIP's and finished artwork to my own social medias unless the client asks me not to.
